Article 1 - Legal Notice

Article 2 - Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between ArtScalping (the "Provider") and any person subscribing to the sports betting alert service (the "User").

ArtScalping offers a decision support tool based on statistical analysis of football matches.

Article 3 - Service Description

3.1 Service Offered

ArtScalping provides access to two AI robots that analyze football matches and detect betting opportunities based on:

• Statistical analysis from the past year
• Analysis of the last 5 matches for each team
• Real-time statistics (shots on target, corners, possession)
• Detection of market inefficiencies and emotional bettor behaviour

3.2 Scope of Service

The service includes:

• Real-time alerts via Discord Webhook
• Free access from Monday to Thursday
• Paid access on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Alerts from both robots
• Technical support via email

Article 4 - Pricing

4.1 Service Price

Current Rates:

• Free Access: Monday to Thursday inclusive
• Weekend Access: 29€ per weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

4.2 Payment Methods

Payments accepted via: Neteller, Skrill, PayPal, In-kind donations (chocolate, spices, nougat, sausage, tools, gift cards, candy) of equivalent value.

Article 5 - Access Procedures

5.1 Registration

To access the service, the User must:

1. Have an active Discord account
2. Create a personal Discord server
3. Set up a Discord Webhook
4. Send the Webhook URL to ericmc2@hotmail.fr
5. Make the payment for weekend access

Article 6 - User Obligations

The User agrees to:

• Use the service responsibly and legally
• Not share their access or Discord Webhook with third parties
• Not reproduce, distribute, or resell the alerts received
• Comply with sports betting laws in their country of residence
• Verify that they are of legal age to bet in their jurisdiction
• Never bet more than they can afford to lose

Article 7 - Provider Obligations and Responsibilities

7.1 Obligation of Means

The Provider commits to implementing all necessary means to deliver a quality service. However, this is an obligation of means, not of results.

7.2 Reliability of Alerts

The Provider does not guarantee:

• The profitability of the alerts sent
• A minimum success rate
• The absence of errors in the alerts

7.3 Limitation of Liability

Article 8 - Statistical Data and Sources

8.1 Data Sources

The service uses statistical data from third-party sources, notably Opta. This data constitutes mathematical reference observations but is not guaranteed by the Provider.

8.2 Theoretical Probabilities

The theoretical probabilities mentioned (68%, 45%, ~40%) result from statistical calculations based solely on shots on target. Our robots do not rely solely on these public thresholds. They apply advanced analytical filters to select only opportunities reaching 85% to 94% real probability, thereby protecting your capital in the long term.

Article 9 - Right of Withdrawal

By subscribing to the service, the User expressly accepts that the service execution begins immediately and thus waives their right of withdrawal, in accordance with legal provisions relating to the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium.

Article 10 - Personal Data Protection

10.1 Data Collected

The Provider collects only:

• The User's email address
• The Discord Webhook URL
• Payment information (via third-party processors)

10.2 Data Use

This data is used exclusively for service provision, communication, and payment management.

Article 11 - Responsible Gambling

Article 12 - Applicable Law

These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavour to find an amicable solution.
