The ArtScalping value detection algorithm is currently operated under a strictly private management mandate.

This level of taxation is a form of asset spoliation and is fundamentally incompatible with algorithmic risk-taking. Consequently, no commercial licenses will be issued in order to protect our capital and safeguard market liquidity."

However, the door remains open for high-level dialogue. I am available for strategic and technical discussions with industry experts or partners who share this vision of financial sovereignty.
